Fujin Tree Group has always been a stalwart upholder of proposals for a wonderful life. Fujin Tree Taiwanese Cuisine & Champagne was established at the end of 2014 in Taipei with a bid to redefine Taiwanese food. What the restaurant wants is to break the public’s notion that Taiwanese food means only xiaolongbao and braised pork rice. Instead of touting serving speed or praising Taiwan’s drinking culture, we combine Taiwanese cuisines with French champagnes. We are promoting a new concept of Taiwanese cuisine in which you take your time savoring the food and wine.

The snug interior space of the restaurant has plenty of room for lights and shadows. The plant material installations are created by a floral designer based on the concept of Taiwanese mountains and provide our customers with a cozy and comfortable dining environment. Fujin Tree Taiwanese Cuisine & Champagne made it to the list of Monocle’s Travel Top 50 in 2014 and was nominated by Louis Vuitton City Guide as a must-visit restaurant in Taiwan. It was also chosen by the Taipei City government as one of the top 10 Taiwanese Cuisine restaurants in 2018.
